Shipping Policy

1.Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time; international delivery is something we plan to introduce in 2027, and we will update this page when it becomes available.

Orders are dispatched by UK Peptide Labs Ltd from Bolton, England.

2.Dispatch times

• Orders placed before 3PM on a working day are dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 3PM are dispatched the next working day.
• All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

3.Delivery options & costs

Choose your delivery option at checkout. Delivery times start from dispatch and are Royal Mail’s estimates.

The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and is included in your order confirmation.

4.Tracking your order

Every order is sent fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking details so you can follow your parcel. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see our email.

5.Packaging

All orders are packed securely in plain outer packaging to protect the contents in transit. Products are supplied sealed, with their labels and batch information intact.

6.Storage on arrival

In lyophilised (powder) form, peptides are stable at room temperature, so they do not need cold packaging during transit. After reconstitution, store at 2–8°C.

7.Delays, missed & lost parcels

Delays

Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed by high demand, severe weather or other events outside our control. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please check your tracking details and then contact us.

Missed deliveries

If nobody is available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will follow its usual process, such as leaving a card telling you where to collect it or how to rearrange delivery.

Lost parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout.

All products sold by UK Peptide Labs Ltd are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, food supplements or cosmetics, are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
