Quality Standards

At UK Peptide Labs Ltd, quality means clear documentation, careful handling and honest information — so researchers know exactly what they are receiving and can trace it back to its batch.

  • Batch identification
  • COA documentation
  • Careful handling
  • Research use only

Our Approach

How We Approach Quality

Our quality standards rest on four simple principles. They guide how we source, store, document and dispatch every product we sell.

  • Batch identification

Products are tracked by batch number, so the documentation for a product can be matched to the batch that is supplied.

  • Clear documentation

Certificates of Analysis and batch documents are available on request, and are linked from product pages where available.

  • Careful handling

Products are stored according to their storage requirements and packed securely in sealed packaging for dispatch.

  • Honest information

We describe products accurately and avoid exaggerated claims. If something isn’t verified, we don’t claim it.

Documentation

Understanding a Certificate of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a laboratory document that records the test results for a specific production batch. It lets you check that batch against its stated specification and keep an accurate record for your research.

Because each COA relates to one batch, always compare the batch number on the COA with the batch number on the product you received.

What a COA typically showsBatch-specific
  • Product & batch numberIdentifies exactly which batch the results apply to.
  • Testing laboratory & dateWho carried out the analysis, and when.
  • Methods usedFor example HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity.
  • Results vs. specificationThe measured values compared with the expected values.

Traceability

How to Check Your Batch

Matching your product to its documentation takes three simple steps.

  1. Find the batch number

Check the label on your product, or the batch number shown on the product page.

  2. Get the COA

Use the Verify COA button on the product page where available, or contact us with the product name and batch number.

  3. Compare the details

Make sure the batch number on the COA matches your product, then review the results for your records.
